This is a result of intentionally not filtering the rum through excessively fine filters which can filter out delicate taste components.

One of our premium ex wine barrel aged rums is the base for creating this spiced rum.
A mix of traditional and Australian native botanicals such as Anise Myrtle have been used to create a unique spiced rum.
No colouring has been used – the colour of this spiced rum is entirely due to the barrel ageing process and botanicals.
Our small batch craft rum is double distilled from local molasses and pure filtered rainwater. No colouring has been added.

We use traditional copper pot distillation methods to produce a superb liqueur based on our very own triple distilled sugar cane based spirit.

The Wild Rose variation does not have the Juniper Berry taste profile.
