Vodka
Vodka 40%
A very smooth multiple distilled cane based vodka
Vodka - 160 Proof
Ideal high strength vodka for making herbal tincutres, where 60% ABV or higher is recommended.
Do not drink unless diluted.
If diluted 1:1 with water, creates 2 bottles at 40%
Butterfly Pea Vodka
Vodka that has been infused with Butterfly Pea Flowers.
Has an added earthy taste and will turn pink if mixed with tonic water or other acidic mixers.
Anise Myrtle Vodka
Craft distilled with Anise Myrtle, creating an Anise flavour.
No additives.
Lemon Myrtle Vodka
Craft distilled with Native Lemon Myrtle, creating a unique lemon flavour.
No additives.
Vodka 100 Proof
A 100 proof vodka for those requiring something with more bite for mixing.
Gin
Dry Gin
A quality craft gin distilled using a range of botanicals including Anise Myrtle, freshly picked pomelos, oranges and kefir lime.
No added sugar or flavours.
Navy Strength Gin

A quality craft gin, bottled at 57% ABV and using a range of botanicals including Anise Myrtle, freshly picked pomelos, oranges and kefir lime.
A hint of blue is from a brief infusion with Butterfly Pea flowers.
Colour change can occur depending on whether acidic or alkaline mixers are used.
Butterfly Pea Gin
A cane based spirit has produced a quality Gin using a range of botanicals including Anise Myrtle and our own freshly picked Pomelos and Oranges.
Followed by infusion with Butterfly Pea flowers.
Colour change can occur depending on whether acidic or alkaline mixers are used.
Rum
Liqueur Rum
One of our premium aged rums is the base of this liqueur rum.
This 35% liqueur has an incredibly smooth flavour and is not excessively sweet.
No colouring or flavouring has been used.
Small Batch Rum
Our small batch craft rum is double distilled from local molasses and pure filtered rainwater. No colouring has been added.
It has been matured in ex wine casks, producing a complex taste with numerous spice and fruit notes.
This rum has been bottled at 40% and its extremely smooth flavour makes it suitable for enjoying straight or on the rocks.
Spiced Rum
One of our premium ex wine barrel aged rums is the base for creating this spiced rum.
A mix of traditional and Australian native botanicals such as Anise Myrtle have been used to create a unique spiced rum.
No colouring has been used – the colour of this spiced rum is entirely due to the barrel ageing process and botanicals.
Double Barrel Rum
This rum is Non-Chill Filtered for maximum taste and has been bottled at 43%, thereby allowing the Rum Aficionado to drink as is or diluted to taste.
Matured in re -coopered small barrels followed by larger barrels, adding to taste complexity.
The deep, rich colour is completely natural with no caramel or sugar added.
A quality sipping rum, best enjoyed straight.
Whisky
Small Cask Whisky - Black Label
A magical whisky that will please the most discerning of palettes.
Bottled at 50% to allow whisky lovers to drink over ice without excessive dilution. Over 5 years maturation in a re-coopered ex-wine cask of 50 litre capacity.
The cask was primed by maturing rum for 6 months, resulting in a whisky with the faintest of rum finish.
No colouring or any other additives.
Double Barrel Whisky
Using premium Australian malted barley and selecting the finest "cuts" followed by maturation using small capacity re-coopered ex wine barrels from American and French Oak, then transferring to larger barrels.
This has resulted in a superb whisky with numerous complex spice and fruit notes.
Our Single Malt Whisky has been maturing for 4 years, resulting in a high quality whisky suitable for enjoying straight.
LIQUEUR and Bitters
Lemon Myrtle Liqueur
The Native Australian Lemon Myrtle produces a unique flavour which creates a true taste of home.
It has a powerful aroma and strong lemon type flavour that can be enjoyed straight over ice or as a mixer in your favourite cocktail.
With an alcohol content of 35% it is perfectly suitable to use in any cocktails or can be diluted according to personal taste
Bitters
Our Bitters is crafted at 45% ABV. An authentic mix of Cinchona Bark, lemon, lime, orange, cardamom, pimento and lavender.
They are infused in our Triple Distilled Swift River Cane Spirit, creating our unique blend of Bitters. Make your own tonic water to mix with our Swift River Gins or your Gin of choice. Enhance cocktails and beverages. Add a dash to salads, soups, or roasts ready to barbeque.
Our Bitters high citrus content makes a great addition to jams, jellies and fruits.
